To activate your medical panic button, you will need to make sure you are within 100–150 ft from the panel. Then, press and hold the button for 3–5 seconds. This will send a signal to the panel and then to the Central Monitoring Station, notifying us that there is a medical emergency. We will be in contact with you to make sure all is well or to dispatch the necessary emergency services.
