Reset the password
- Navigate to www.alarm.com/login.
- Click Login Help.
- Enter the login name in the Forgot your password? field.
- Click Submit.
This will send a password reset link to the primary e-mail address for the login name and will require security question verification upon the first login.
Did not receive password reset email?
- Check your spam/junk mail folders just to make sure the email was not flagged as spam.
- Give our customer loyalty team a call.
Once we verify you with your verbal password and address, we can verify/correct the email address in our systems allowing a new password reset request to be sent to the correct address.
Can't remember the answers to your security questions?
- Give our customer loyalty team a call.
Once we verify you with your verbal password and address, we can send you a password reset email that will allow you to reset your security questions and your password.
