    Fluent App - Remote Commands Not Working

    Your Fluent app allows you to control your security system remotely. This means you can do anything from arming your system to opening your garage door. When sending these commands, you should receive confirmation within the app if it was successful or not. If it does not appear to be working, please try the following.

    1. Log in to your account online and see if the commands work from there. If they do, check the internet connection on your phone.
    2. If you have a good internet connection and it still isn't working on your phone, you will need to delete and re-download the app.
    3. If neither the app nor the website are working, there may be some sort of communication error that needs to be resolved. Use the Chat Now button on the bottom right-hand corner of this screen to chat with a support agent, or call us at 855-238-4826 to get this issue resolved.
