    Fluent App - Remote Commands Not Working

    Your Fluent app allows you to control your security system remotely. This means you can do anything from arming your system to opening your garage door. When sending these commands, you should receive confirmation within the app if it was successful or not. If it does not appear to be working, please try the following.

    1. Log in to your account online and see if the commands work from there. If they do, check the internet connection on your phone.
    2. If you have a good internet connection and it still isn't working on your phone, you will need to delete and re-download the app.
    3. If you are experiencing issues with both the app and website, it is possible that there is a communication error that needs to be addressed. To resolve this issue, please contact us.
