What happens if I set off my alarm accidentally?
If your panel is triggered, Fluent’s 24/7 Monitoring Station will attempt to contact you through the panel with 2-way voice. If we are unable to contact you through the panel, we will reach out to your emergency contacts as they are listed on your account. You or your contacts will need to correctly provide the account's verbal password. If we still cannot reach you, emergency services will be dispatched.
