To factory reset an 821LM, 821LMB, MyQ-G0301, or MyQ-G0401-ES:
- Press and hold
on the WiFi Hub until the blue LED blinks, then release. - While the blue LED is blinking, hold on the WiFi Hub again until the blue LED pauses, then blinks again. You will also hear a beep and see the yellow LED briefly blink.
- The WiFi Hub is now restored to its' factory default settings.
To factory reset an 821LMC-S:
- Press and hold on the WiFi Hub until the blue LED blinks, then release. If the LED is already blinking blue, skip to step 2.
- While the blue LED is blinking, hold on the WiFi Hub again until the blue LED pauses, then blinks again. You may also hear a beep and see all of the LEDs briefly blink.
- The WiFi Hub is now restored to its' factory default settings.
