From the Alarm.com website
- Open this link https://www.alarm.com/web/system/home/locks to be sent to the locks page after you login.
- Login to Alarm.com using the credentials you use for the Fluent app.
- Click on the lock you wish to lock/unlock.
- Click on the displayed lock or unlock action.
From the Fluent app
- Log into the Fluent app.
- Tap ☰.
- Tap Locks.
- Select the lock(s) you wish to lock or unlock by tapping the lock's name. The checkbox will toggle on when that lock is selected.
- Tap Lock or Unlock at the bottom of the app.
